Our founder, Eva Williams, is a seasoned biotech executive with over 15 years of scientific, engineering, and leadership experience, spanning cross-functional CMC, program leadership, and strategic advisory roles. She has led and guided programs from early-stage development through commercialization, bringing the breadth of perspective required to drive sound decisions in complex, high-stakes product environments.

A true neo-generalist, Eva is known for integrating deep technical rigor with cross-disciplinary fluency to deliver transformational yet practical solutions. Having worked across large pharma, mid-sized biotech, and high-growth startups, she brings rare firsthand insight into what enables product development excellence—and what commonly derails it. Her work is defined by clarity, rigor, and pragmatic innovation: simplifying complexity, aligning stakeholders, and accelerating progress without sacrificing scientific or operational integrity.

Eva has a doctorate in Chemical Engineering and her core expertise sits at the intersection of drug product development, formulation/delivery science, and combination product strategy, with deep experience in high-concentration biologics, complex delivery systems, and end-to-end CMC execution.​
